1. What age groups do you offer training for?

Answer: Upperoom Training offers basketball development programs for a wide range of age groups, starting from youth players as young as 8 years old up to high school and college-level athletes. We tailor our programs to meet the developmental needs of each age group, ensuring that players receive age-appropriate instruction and training.

2. How do I book a training session?

Answer: You can book a training session through our website by visiting the contact page a filling out the form or by calling 647-568-6096. If you have any questions or need assistance with booking, please feel free to contact us.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel a session, you can do so more than 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative session.

4. Do you offer group or team training sessions?

Answer: Yes, Upperoom Training offers both individual and group training sessions. We also provide specialized team training programs designed to improve overall team performance, communication, and strategy. Please contact us for more information on our group and team training options.

5. What should I bring to my training session?

Answer: For each training session, please bring a water bottle, a basketball (if possible), and appropriate athletic wear, including basketball shoes. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session to warm up and get ready. If you have any specific training equipment or materials provided by Upperoom Training, be sure to bring those as well.
